These services are available through different subscription models, as well as on a per-service basis, depending on the chosen plan and services requested by the user.
To gain full access to the services offered and use the platform effectively, you must create an account following the instructions provided in the application.
The accuracy and completeness of all personal information provided are the sole responsibility of the user.
The services offered through the platform are intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. In some cases, services may be available to minors under the age of 18, but only with the explicit consent of their legal guardians, who take full responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of the data provided.
The user is obligated to keep their account credentials confidential and is directly and personally responsible for any actions taken under their account and the history of their activities.
The pricing for the various subscription plans and the services included in each package are detailed on the platform. Services outside of these conditions, in accordance with the recommendations received from consultations, are billed separately, depending on the user's choice and the service required, and are subject to a separate transaction.
By providing your personal and payment information, including but not limited to credit card number, expiration date, billing address, and email address, you consent to the processing of these details by Expander Hub for payment purposes.

You, as the user, guarantee the accuracy and correctness of the information provided.
If the user opts for a monthly subscription, they may choose from the available subscription plans offered by Expander Hub that best suit their needs.
When the plan involves a service contracted outside the offered subscription, payment will be made for each chosen service according to the pricing presented and accepted by the user at the time of service.
When payment is related to the chosen subscription, it is a recurring billing transaction. The subscription and the relevant billing authorization will remain valid throughout the contract period unless the user exercises their option to cancel the subscription.
If the user decides to cancel the subscription, it will take effect at the end of the billing period of the subscription that is to be canceled, without any refund for the remaining billing period, but with continued access to the relevant subscription for the entire billing period.
By providing banking details when selecting the subscription type, the user expressly agrees that Expander Hub may charge the monthly subscription fee on the designated billing period through direct debit in the form of recurring payments. In the case of online payments, the user understands that Expander Hub is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the user, including but not limited to currency conversion fees applied by the bank. Responsibility for this action falls solely on the user.
Subscription cancellation or modification can be performed directly from the user's account, with subsequent confirmation sent via email by the platform to the user.
Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or related to these terms and conditions will be resolved amicably. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the exclusive jurisdiction for resolving these disputes will be the competent courts in the location of the Company's headquarters.
